Spice Cake Masculine Birthday Card

Hi Stampers!  As most of us know, masculine cards can be a struggle to create.  But this time of year the trees, leaves, etc seem to make it much easier (for me anyhow!). 

Today I decided to play with my Leaves #2 Die (113459), perfect for masculine cards!  The Big Shot (113439) does all the work for me, love that :) Then I pulled out my VersaMarker (100901) and simply drew the veins on the leaves, easy peasy!

I used Spice Cake Designer Series Paper (124003), and the button is from the Neutrals Designer Buttons pack (119743).

I finished off the inside of the card with another leaf :)  The stamp set I used is Bring on the Cake (w 121899 c 121958).

Christmas Rosette Wreath

Hi Stampers!  I got together over the weekend with my mom Karen, my niece Ashlee and my friend Jan to make these awesome Rosette Wreaths!

We used Stampin Up's DSP Holly Berry Bouquet (124004), the coordinating buttons (125636) and Cherry Cobbler Striped Grosgrain Ribbon (125056).  The rosettes were scored using our Simply Scored Scoring Tool (122334).  Miscellaneous supplies included glass glitter and punches.

We mounted them on foam board that Jan cut for us, worked out perfectly!

Christmas Card Buffet Coming Soon!

Join us for some stamping fun!  Christmas Card Buffet's will be held at my home twice a month October through December.  You pick which dates work best for you.  Just like a food buffet, you can pick and choose which cards you'd like to make, and how many of them.  Your $16 fee covers a minimum of 8 cards.  You can make more if you have time, at $1.50 per card.  All supplies, tools and envelopes are included.  Each month there will be at least 8 card choices, and some designs may be carried over each month to the next card buffet event.  You chose which designs you make, AND at your own pace. This event is open will be open from 12:00 – 3:00 pm. Arrive by 1:00 pm at the latest, to ensure time to complete at least 8 cards.

Wednesday, October 12^th and Saturday, October 15^th

Wednesday, November 9^th and Saturday, November 12^th

Wednesday, December 7^th and Saturday, December 10^th

Great event for beginners and experienced alike!
